- Listen to a mini lecture about web pages and their structure.
- Go to the following pages:
- http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/
- http://harmony.demont.net/
- http://www.myspace.com/
- Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the webpage
interface and the webpage structure for each of these websites. Is it
easy to navigate? What features might be useful for brushy
fork? What might make it better?
- Next find two more websites which have a reasonably large scale.
- Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the webpage interface and
the webpage structure for each of these two websites. Is it easy to navigate? What features might be
useful for brushy fork? What might make it better?
- Go to http://havocfx.tumblr.com/ and read the blog.
- Choose 1 of the blogging sites discussed in this blog, and start your own blog.
- In your blog:
- In your own words, explain the Brushy Fork project.
- Next, acknowledge your partner.
- Finally, explain the advantages and disadvantages of each of these five pages in the context of the Brushy Fork project.
When you are finished, submit URL of your blog to the appropriate location in Moodle.
